Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the following rights regarding the personal data that Growpro Consulting & Services Co., Ltd. (“Growpro”, “we”, “us”) holds about you.

1) Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw any consent you have given us at any time.

2) Right of access

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, and to be informed of how we obtained it.

3) Right to data portability

You have the right to request that we send your personal data to another data controller, or provide it to you in a commonly used, machine-readable format, unless this is technically not feasible.

4) Right to object

You have the right to object to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data where permitted by law, for example where we rely on legitimate interests or use your data for direct marketing.

5) Right to erasure

You have the right to request that we delete, destroy or anonymise your personal data if it has been processed unlawfully or if we no longer need it.

6) Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that we suspend the use of your personal data while we review your request for correction or your objection, or in place of deletion.

7) Right to rectification

You have the right to request that we correct your personal data so that it is accurate, up to date, complete and not misleading.

8) Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), Tel. 02-111-8800.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. Please note that these rights must be exercised in accordance with the law and must not infringe on the rights or freedoms of others.
